As a lender, you have the right to collect on your loan as per the terms of your agreement. As a business or lessor, you may have the right to payment for your services or products as per the terms of your agreement. If you are not receiving payments and feel you need the assistance of an attorney with foreclosure, collection, or a lien we can help.
If you loaned money to an individual or business for the purchase of real estate, you have two (2) options: a) the collection process provides you the funds you are owed, b) the foreclosure process allows you specific performance to claim the real estate your money purchased (you then have the option to resell the property to recover your money).
If modifications and workouts are the issue, we can assist in those matters. This allows an alternate resolution to collection or foreclosure via workout agreements, which we will draft and negotiate, for you.
